Hourly representation
$400 / hr
For litigation, negotiations, and ongoing legal matters. Contingency fee arrangements may also be available for select cases.
Flat-fee services

For defined projects such as contract reviews and coverage assessments.
Limited-scope counsel

Targeted legal assistance without full representation.
Private Counsel
Select matters
Ongoing, personalized legal counsel for select clients who value direct access, proactive guidance, and a trusted attorney on call.
Consultation — $400
Consultation fees are waived through December 31, 2027.
An initial discussion of your concern and potential next steps. Any assessment or further legal work is a separate engagement.
Fee arrangements and the scope of work are confirmed before engagement. Contingency arrangements are available only for select matters, subject to case evaluation. All engagements are subject to conflict review and a written engagement agreement.
